The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of INDIA. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.<br><br>
We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By continuously linking to our Card, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.<br><br>
We insist upon your prior perusal and understanding of the Terms and Conditions, and inform you that your access and / or use of the Website shall automatically signify your consent to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Our terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with us for the purchase of our products and services. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.<br><br>

2. Order process <br>
2.1	All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. <br>
2.2 	If we accept your order, we will confirm this by sending you an order confirmation email.<br> 

3. Pricing and payment <br>
3.1	The price of the products and services ordered will be as set out in our order confirmation email.<br>
3.2 	Prices are stated in Indian Rupee and are inclusive of GST. <br>
3.3 	Payment for products and services ordered must be made in Indian Rupee <br>
3.4 	Payment can be made by credit or debit card, or via any UPI methods. <br>

4. Delivery <br>
4.1 	We will deliver the Digital Card ordered to the e-mail address specified in your order or to any other medium which is preferred by you in your order.<br>
4.2 	Delivery will be made within 6 working days of receipt of your order. <br>

5. Illegal Activities <br>
<br>5.1	We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Card. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Card. No link(s) should appear on the Card that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
<br>5.2 	We do not allow the publishing or promoting or sharing of any illegal products through our card. This includes, but is not limited to, the publishing or promoting the following products or activities, ie,
Counterfeit, Stolen articles, Liquor, Personal or Economic information of any person, any kind of Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, Human Organs, any kind of creatures or organs of creatures whose sale or possession are prohibited by law, any kind of Explosives, firearms, weapons or ancillary products whose sale or possession are prohibited by law, Nicotine, Illegal Gambling, Sexual contents or Escort services, child abuse, child marriage,  Medical services without valid license, Human trafficking.
<br>5.3 	Anything published in our card which adversely affect the sovereignty or security of our country, or any other country, defame or damage anyone's or firm's or company's reputation shall be the responsibility of the Card owner only and not the company. 
<br>5.4	The company will not be liable for any legal consequences due the above described illegal activities done by the Card owners using our Card.
<br>5.5	If we become aware of any illegal products being published in our website, we will remove them and may take further action against the publisher.

<br>6 Referral Bonuses 
<br>6.1	Referral bonuses which are earned by referral through TECOX Dsite will be credited to the bank account provided within 6 working days from the date of withdrawal.
<br>6.2	The company is not liable for the failure of crediting the referral bonus in the bank account due to the mistake in bank details provided by the customer.

<br>7. Rights of the Company
<br>7.1	The company has the full right over the product and as part of the development of the company, we may change or rearrange the space in the product or add or amend any features in the product without the consent of the Card owner. 
<br>7.2	The company can add advertisements in the product and the company only has the right to control the advertisement.
<br>7.3	The company can increase or decrease the referral bonus earned by referring the company's product according to the profit and loss of the company.
<br>7.4	Company has the right to down the server for a period up to 48 hours for updating the product. 
<br>7.5	The company may, at its sole discretion, alter, remove, restrict, suspend or terminate access, usage and / or content of the Website, or may amend and enforce amendment(s) of the Terms and Conditions as it may deem fit, without any prior notice to the customer; and it shall be the responsibility of the customer to keep yourself conversant with the same to ensure your pragmatic compliance of the Terms and Conditions.

<br>8. Pricing & Cancellation

<br>Pricing of our products are listed on the website and is final. You are entitled for a FREE 7 Days Trail and after the trail period, if satisfied you can activate the product with payment online. Created digital card can be cancelled at any point of time with in 1st seven days of creating the card and 100% of paid money can be refunded.

<br>9. Rights of the TECOX Dsite
Unless otherwise stated, TECOX Dsite and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on TECOX Dsite. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from TECOX Dsite for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:

<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8226;	Sell, rent or sub-license material from TECOX Dsite

<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8226;	Redistribute content from TECOX Dsite

<br>Parts of this Card offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the Card. TECOX Dsite does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Contents do not reflect the views and opinions of TECOX Dsite, its agents and/or affiliates. Contents reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, TECOX Dsite shall not be liable for the Contents or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Contents on this Card. 
TECOX Dsite reserves the right to monitor all Contents you publish and to remove anything you posts which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8226;	The Posts do  not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8226;	The Posts will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
<br>You hereby grant the company a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Posts in any and all forms, formats or media.
